We are excited to announce that we now have the official date set for our new 2026 event!

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jose Ivan Rojas, and on behalf of the RGC Greater Chamber of Commerce, I would like to invite YOU to become a sponsor of the 2026 Pit Boss Showdown Cook-Off & Car Show, taking place on April 11, 2026, at Veterans Memorial Park in Rio Grande City, Texas.

In 2025, the Pit Boss Showdown was a huge success. We hosted:

• Over 16 cook-off teams
• More than 300 vehicles in the car show
• Over 50 vendors
• A CrossFit competition
• An exciting boxing exhibition
• A Vida Recia racer car exhibition

We were honored to have our RGC Mayor Gilbert Falcon, City commissioners, and Congressman Henry Cuellar attend, and we provided strong entertainment throughout the day, making it a true community celebration.

The Pit Boss Showdown is organized by the RGC Greater Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit organization, and the event is completely FREE to the community, allowing families and residents to enjoy a full day of activities, and entertainment at no cost.

Now in 2026, we are going even bigger. In addition to the car show, cook-off, CrossFit competition, and boxing exhibition, we are introducing:

• The first-ever football (soccer) tournament in Rio Grande City

• The first-ever DJ battle

• Expanded entertainment and new surprises for attendees

As a sponsor, you’ll gain significant exposure to a diverse and engaged crowd, as well as the following benefits:
